Edward A. Jazlowiecki founded Jazlowiecki & Jazlowiecki in 1974 with a commitment to aggressive, results-driven representation for the seriously injured. As managing partner, he has led the firm through decades of complex litigation involving personal injury, medical malpractice, mass transportation accidents, and product liability.
His career has been defined by landmark verdicts and settlements, including a $36 million bus accident settlement and a $3.4 million products liability verdict for traumatic brain injury. He brings a meticulous, strategic approach to every case and has earned the respect of both clients and colleagues throughout Connecticut's legal community.
Ed's record of results in mass transportation cases has earned national recognition. He has been featured twice in the Connecticut Law Tribune, including a cover feature profiling his work representing victims of commercial bus crashes. His involvement in the Lac-Mégantic train disaster — one of the deadliest rail accidents in North American history — further established the firm's national reputation in complex transportation litigation.
Edward is responsible for the content of the firm's website and continues to actively litigate cases while mentoring the next generation of attorneys at the firm.
